Hi, Rach! I take Effexor and Zyprexa currently with no problems other than the weight gain (!!) Unfortunately, all the atyps can cause it. May be switching to Abilify soon as that seems to be not so bad as the others. Diet and exercise can certainly help to a degree, but the weight gain is a side effect for many people.
