So right now, I am supper tired to the point I am about to pass out but every time I try to fall asleep I freak out thinking I am going to get sick.. is that normal
I don't think this is normal, unless you have terrible anxiety problems, which you do.
Please, get a doctor to help you deal with your anxiety. There are so many antianxiety medications on the market that you will surely be prescribed something right away. Loosing sleep like this is not good for you.
Try to ask friends about their doctor's and see if you can get a recommendation. You probably need some medication and some CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and you will be fine.
I truly hope you do something soon, sleep loss can be dangerous if you are driving in that state, or anything that requires alertness.
You might want to try good old Benadryl, until you can get to a doctor, it can calm you a bit and may induce sleep. There is also a natural product called Valerian root, which can be purchased at any pharmacy, it helps with sleep as well, there are otc mixes of melatonin and valerian root, both help with insomnia. Do NOT combine benadryl with melatonin or valerian though.
Are you ill in any way? Is that why you are afraid to fall asleep?
