Welcome Danielle. Sorry to hear you've been having a rough ťime lately. Do you take meds or see a doctor often? Both can be very helpful. There are many successful anxiety meds out now. I can point u twards some or just help support u. Either way, hope to hear back from u again. Pete.
So many of us have what you are experiencing, yet I had to look up the term "dysthemia", it's a small word compared to the big feeling of being depressed.
This is a great site, you'll make many lovely friends that will be there when the chips are down. Many of us are anxiety-ridden or depressed, so you are in good company here. I have, in the past, experienced what you describe. No picnic, for certain.
I do hope you've a good doctor helping you out with medication, do you? That's important, as is talk-therapy.
Keep your chin up, girl and we'll be here for you when you need us.

Has anyone found anything better than xanax-XR for panic attacks and anxiety? It works great for me?
