If you want to stay using natural medications only so far you are on the right track. You just need to adapt an exercise method that is right for you... like yoga, cardio, walking, etc. The exercise will help to alleviate the anxiety. However if these methods are not working and the anxiety continues or intensifies... I suggest you consult your doctor immediately. Anxiety is usually a symptom and without a diagnosis from a trained physician... you could be doing yourself an injustice. I hope you find peace... Manager 5
Villegaseliet; I really have to agree with manager5; Your between a rock and a hard place to get much that really well help for anxiety and more so if it is effecting your every day life you really should consult with a real physician. there are just to many things to mention and it depends which way you want to go with it.
