Interested in your thoughts on the interaction of exercise in further reducing some anxiety. I have been taking taking 10mg of fluoxetine for two weeks and moving this week to the 20mg dosage. I am definitely feeling better but portions of the day I feel like I am on the edge of a bit of panic and then it usually subsides. I am hoping that the full dosage will address that feeling but I wondering about exercise and what that might contribute? Thanks!!
