Not per se, but for example, drugs from the SNRI class that act on the central nervous system and are often the first prescribed meds when diagnosed with fibromyalgia, Cymbalta specifically, is an anti-depressant but also controls pain in many people. Not me, landed me in the ER in five days, but that's my individual experience. Hope I interpreted your question correctly. Best!
