- antidepressant, energy
I have had all kinds of tests done and I'm healthy. I'm always worried about something and I'm always tired. My thyroid is normal.
I have sleep apnea and its controlled by my doctor. I'm physically active 3 - 4 days a week, and not overweight.
I'm not happy a lot of times, and I just fake it to make it.
My mind is always cloudy and I find it very hard to concentrate, and remember things. Especially short term memory.
Thanks for everyone responding :)
Effexor is suppose to be the least sedating. Some people say it gives them energy. If you have sleep apnea, you could talk to your psych doc about something that is a "wakefulness" med like Provigal (not sure on spelling) also, there are stimulants, such as Adderal, Concerta, my concentration was bad, and I also had the "cloudy brain" so my doc prescribed me Adderal xr. It releases the med slowly so I don't get that "wired out" feeling. It has helped a lot. Hope this helps.
