What antibiotic is used to treat a dry socket?

A dry socket is not an infection and does not need an antibiotic. It is because the clot has come out of the area and the nerves are being exposed. Whatever you do, don't drink or eat anything cold or go outside. You should see your dentist as soon as possible.
