Vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps/burning
The issue with Pancreatitis is that it is not caused by bacteria or a virus. No antibiotic will help as there are no bacteria involved. Once you have it, it is a lifelong illness that needs continued monitoring and diagnostic imaging (to follow the progression of damage). If you drink any alcohol at all you really should quit right now. Pancreatic cells, once dead are gone. As the Pancreas does not regenerate at all like the liver, damage tends to be permanent and can be quite painful requiring life long pain management.
