Does the patch last 1 day, 2 days, 30 days?
One day. It will deliver more testosterone at the start of the day, tailing off towards the end. The reason for this is your skin will become inflamed from the testosterone and will resist it as the day goes on. The normal recommendation is to put the patch(s) on about 10pm as this mimics your natural testosterone cycle which normally peaks a bit before you wake up.
You doctor/endocrinologist should explain this to you and a lot of other things about testosterone replacement. If they didn’t/don't I'd be looking for someone better.
