Recent diagnoses of prinzmetal angina. Prescribed 2.5 once a day never had high blood pressure and currently running at 109/66 before today's dose.. I'm worried if I have to take a nitro pill I'm worried I will pass out. How low is too low on this drug? Also feeling hungry but, full and nausea? Started taking it 5 days ago each day lower and lower. Help
