... Pravastatin 20 mg daily at bedtime, in what order of the day is recommended to take these as I cannot take all at the same time?
I am unsure of the "best" time to take the isosorbide as I don't know what you are taking that for. I also take 5mg amlodipine per day along with 25 mg of atenolol per day. Both of these are blood pressure medicines, similar to the two you mentioned: amlodipine and lisinopril.
I take both the amlodipine and atenolol together in the morning around 7 am everyday. I have found that taking them at the same time every day helps keep my blood pressure at relatively the same level everyday. I don't like to take them at night because for me, my blood pressure is higher throughout the day that way so I take them in the morning to have better blood pressure control during the day when stress is higher.
I used to take lisinopril for blood pressure before being switched to amlodipine/atenolol as those two together control my blood pressure a lot better than the lisinopril alone.
