Blood clots are not a side effect of amitriptyline.

Correct. But increasing serotonin in the blood cause clots, isn't it?

No. It has nothing to do with clotting. Its a naturally occurring chemical in the body. You seem determined to prove it caused clots in you. What could cause pulmonary embolism is if you laid around all the time and got no exercise. Or sometimes its just something that happens.
