My doctor prescribed me 10mg for anxiety on my request as had before. Only take it now and again say twice a week but I think I need more and nightly as had bad anxiety and panics today but can't get into the doctor until next week. Can I take 20mg in the meantime will this help.
The more you take the more your system is going to become accustomed to that amount and it is important to take the same amount each day at the same time. You could maybe increase by taking 10mg each day for about a week then increasing to 20mg. That should be fine and most likely won't bring on any bothersome side effects at such a low dose.
