I developed secondary amenorrhea after my weight feel from about 102 to 85 pounds (I'm a 19 year old, 4'11".) The weight loss was very rapid, probably over a three month time frame. I gained weight back, I'm now about 96 pounds, which puts me in a healthy range. I visited a gyno several months ago, had blood work, checked my hormones, thyroid, and even had an ultrasound of my ovaries and uterus... everything came back normal. I stopped menstruating in January, then late May received a period, it was light and lasted about 3 days. I was the same weight in may, so how come I haven't gotten a period for June or July? Is this something that just takes time or a sign I still don't weigh enough?
Amenorrhea still after gaining weight?
