My doctor had me sign a contract for pain medication. I take my ambient for insomnia, and the Klonopin for anxiety.
Well Ambien is for sleep and klonopin is a benzodiazepine for anxiety. Neither are for pain in anyway and not narcotic but are controlled substances. If you’ve never taken them before be extremely careful. Ambien can cause you do things after you’ve taken it and not remember it at all the next day and klonopin can be very strong for someone who’s never taken it before. I certainly wouldn’t take them at the same time. My suggestion is after you take your Ambien, go straight to bed. Don’t get on the phone, computer, or anything. I am a smoker but never in my house and I took those for three days before they scared me too much to continue because I found deep huge cigarette burns in my mattress. Now my sister takes them and she’s just fine. Everyone is different and all I’m saying is be careful. Best of luck to ya!
