As long as you follow the explicit instructions. Only take it when you are actually getting in bed to stay. Lights out, TV off, phone off, tablet off. Try to take it on an empty stomach. It works very quickly so don't get up after you take it. No reason why it shouldn't work, unless there's some reason you're asking?

They are staying up and doing weird stuff like driving. As you may already know, take the pill and go straight to bed. Works best if you haven't eaten anything an hour before taking it.Do not ambienize yourself and drive.Do not pass go, Got straight to bed. The stuff kicks in in about 15 min.
If you have been off them be prepared for the down side,
such as building a tolerance to what the DR. will give you and running out and not being able to sleep. I've been doing them about 6 or 7 years now. Haven't quit yet and dread the thought of not doing them to sleep. Good luck...
