So now I am noticing my anxiety is coming on every other day and only here and there. I feel like I'm getting so close and I don't want it to slip away. I met someone I work with that I can relate to. Also I am finally breaking down and going to see a therapist. Any help on keeping me motivated?? Thank you!

the mere fact that you are having this I want to encourage you it is hard to deal with anxiety from day to day and sometimes on an shorter basis than that but on the positive side look at it you have found someone you said that you can relate to, you are also seeing a therapist it sounds like you have some positive things starting to go your way, let me encourage you to just please give this some more time continue to focus on this relationship and continue to see the therapist, he may be able to help you some of the medications that you read about have some side effects and some don't do the work that the people need them to so give this some time, I totally understand this is difficult but if you were on medication and it made things more difficult for you then this would be well worth the effort I wish you the very best
