I am almost SURE that your records , ALL of them, are
considered YOUR property. You will have to sign a release,
and sometimes they might charge a fee. If you get a copy ASAP
after it arrives in the doctors office, I would not expect a charge for
it, but you can always ask prior to having ANY TEST DONE,
that you want a copy of ALL tests, sign a " release to PATIENT",
which may apply for up to a year.
