The pill helps keep you from absorbing fat and any extra fat you eat is shunted into the colon-this is where oily stools can come in. Weight loss is simply a matter of fewer calories going in and more calories being burned off. Increase your activity and eat foods that are nutritious and low fat/low calorie and you will lose. There is no magic about it. The pill will help a little but the diet is the main thing that helps. Alli is just a tool, you cant count on it to do everything for you.
