I'm allergic to penicillin, erythromycin and Keflex. I also had a reaction to Bactrim (rash and vomiting) and Silverdine (rash and itching around the wound). What can I safely use for a skin wound? I'm allergic to several antibiotics, what can I safely use for a skin wound??

Use an antiseptic wipe to clean, and apply Neosporin on it. Put a bandage on it after the aforementioned thing. Do not touch water at all. Repeat the same thing 3 times a day until it heals. This is very safe.
