If I am having allergic reactions to hydrocodone and tylenol what other medication can I take?

Anything that doesnt contain hydrocodone and acetaminophen. You might be able to take plain oxycodone but you may have a reaction. Some people who have allergies to hydrocodone can take oxycodone but some people have reactions to both. You might be able to take plain tramadol, morphine, oxymorphone, hydromorphone, methadone or Fentanyl. It depends on your pain condition and what your Dr feels comfortable with. Tramadol would probably be the first one to try if you cannot take hydrocodone or acetaminophen. Can you take anti-inflammatories?
