If your allergic to ms contin does that mean your allergic to all opiates?

Not necessarily - it would depend on whether you were allergic to the active ingredient (the opiate) or the excipients (tablet additives). The only way you could find out for sure is to have an allergy test.

No. Not necessarily. Some of the opioids are synthetic or semi-synthetic and it is possible that you might be able to take those. You wont be able to take codeine because it breaks down into morphine. It is possible that you might be able to take oxycodone. Just be sure to start slowly with low doses and be alert. It might behoove you to try other medications in the Drs office (or hospital) so that they can observe you and intervene right away if a reaction does occur.
