I'm allergic to Keflex and erythromycin. Can I take penicillin?

Charles; NO. No! Do not take any drug containing cephalosporins if you are allergic to penicillin. This drug is a "cousin" let's say, to penicillin,AND erythromycin Call your doctor you should always tell your doctor of all allergies and the pharmacy you use so they can put it in the computer so anything that is filled for you this would have never happened this is why it is good to go the extra mile to get everything from the same pharmacy. chuck1957
