I'm 47 year old woman with pcos. I've been taking 200mg spiro for 3 months now mainly for hair loss. I have lost weight (I assume it's water wgt) and I'm concerned about losing too much muscle mass from spiro. Have you heard of losing significant muscle mass from it? I work hard to avoid type II diabetes and other complications of PCOS by lifting weigts and eating right, so I'm concerned that losing muscle mass will set me back.
