No, Concerta doesnt have pseudoephedrine. Concerta is a long acting form of methylphenidate. Ritalin is also methylphenidate but it is a shorter acting form. Concerta was designed with a special matrix that releases the drug slowly over 12 hours so that it can be given once a day. This is an advantage over Ritalin which must be given 2-3 times a day. Other than the may they release, Ritalin and Concerta are the same drug. Does that help?
