I got the introductory Rx from my neurologist and with all the paperwork faxed in, approved, etc., I went off Botox. Three and a half months later, I'm STILL WAITING. I received the sharps container. I received the glossy instructions. No medicine. The customer service rep (after a long wait on the phone) referred me to the pharmacy (yet another long wait on hold) to find out my shipment was cancelled because I had not returned phone calls. I received no voice mail, no indication that they ever call. So, I just called again, because I expected shipment this week. A pharmacy manager was supposed to green-light shipment last week. Nobody did. It sure sees as though the customer support was NOT in place prior to FDA approval. I could end up getting the next CGRP med that was just approved. SMH.
