It takes 12 hrs to kick inn so when does 72 hrs start?
You start counting the 72 hours as soon as you put the patch on even though it does take a while for the patch to first start working. So if you put a patch on Monday morning at 8 am you would replace it Thursday at 8am. After a few days your blood levels should level out so that you wont have to wait again for each patch to kick in and start working. You should obtain pretty steady relief. Once you remove the patch for good or to start a new medication it also takes about 20 hours until you are no longer getting the drug into the system from the skin.
