I can walk on it now with almost no pain. I wasnt going to run or anything that required standing up. It's been a week already.
Be careful in the gym. Sometimes its tempting to go further than we should. Sprains can actually take longer than breaks to heal. If you push to heal it faster, you may go backwards.
Baby the foot even though its hard not to want to use it. Unless you let it heal properly, it may become a chronic issue. If you wait until the foot is completely healed, you will be much happier with the outcome.
