I'd start by asking this question: is it all alcohol, or just beer? If it's all alcohol, sorry, but either you're cursed with a very low tolerance or you're allergic to alcohol.
If it's wine and beer but not liquors: it's a tannin sensitivity. I have one myself. Annoying, but stick to the liquor and you'll be okay.
If it's only beer: start narrowing down types and looking up ingredients. It might be a gluten thing, or a specific ingredient you're allergic/sensitive to. I'd start this stage, should you get to it, by doing a make-your-own six-pack at a grocery store and getting one of each type (ale, stout, etc.) so you get different amounts of hops and flavorings. Take a few days/nights to go through it and pay attention - which one gave you the worst headache? Which brought it on the fastest? Etc. Then you can run a quick google for how it compares to the beer that gave you the fewest symptoms to figure out what, exactly, is causing you problems.
