Hi, GailMarie! There is a slight risk of an interaction between Zoloft and ibuprofen that could cause increased bleeding or bruising. I doubt a couple of doses would pose a problem, but best to check with your doctor or pharmacist first. Best regards, Wildcat
The other answer is correct about nsaids and Zoloft combined. Just don’t take more than recommended. I get migraines and take Advil for them. I just never take more than recommended. And I’m fine. I also take Zoloft 75 mg.
