Can I take advil or aspirin to reduce the fever while taking augmenten?

Ibuprofen (advil) or acetaminophen (tylenol) would be fine to take with augmentin. Aspirin isnt recommended in most cases for fever because of the link with some illnesses and Reyes syndrome. this is worse in kids but it can happen to adults too.
