I started adipex nov 2011 and as of today ive lost 48lbs. Everybodys body is different. For me I cut out bad carbs,fast foods and switched From soda to just water. Breakfast for me is special k cereal. Lunch is salad ,fish,tuna w/ lite mayo. Dinner is skinnless chicken,fish and plenty of greens. Thats just me though. Exercise is the key. Alot of cardio. I stay in the gym for an hour each nite. Im a big girl so I know I have to do alot. I feel great it is worth it if you can stick to it!
