I started taking adipex 3 1/2 weeks ago. I have changed my eating habits. I do not eat sweets. I only snack on fruits & vegetables. I only eat half or less of what I normally ate for lunch & dinner. I only drink water. I have even started walking my dog every afternoon & I am now up to a mile & a half. I have only lost 5 lbs! What am I doing wrong? Please help!
Dear Zannemarie, actually that is good for 3 weeks, but the diet clinic I use says to count calories and stay at 1,200 a day and they say that is all that matters, as far as diet is concerned. The walking will help, and the longer you do it, the more it will help. You will see your clothes fit better, even if you don't seem to be losing much weight, so keep that up and have just a bit more patience and count the calories. Don't drop too far below 1,200, that can be bad as well as exceeding it and not dropping the weight. Hang in there, it will happen. Patti
