Tell her dr for one thing. Then learn all you can about nutrition, and keep your daughter eating correctly. Start by having nothing in the house that she can eat without cooking. Keep carrots and celery cut up in the refrigerator for snacks. Decrease the foods that have fats in them like butter and mayonnaise. Don't make fried foods. And above all, no fast food. It takes learning and planning to help her loose weight, drugs aren't the answer. Try to get her doing some form of exercise daily.
