If you google 1500 cal diet you'll come up with diets. One of the best things to do is go thru your frig and get rid of the high fat things, like mayo and salad dressings, butter, etc. Then get the high carb things out of your house. The other thing is make sure the only things you have for snacks aren't grab and eat, but you have to prep them somehow. Except of course have some carrots and celery in the frig ready to eat.
