I now take 4 to 5 10/660 per day. I am trying to increase the number of hours in between doses. How soon do withdrawal symptoms appear after not taking the drug?
Sounds like you have been taking the vicodin often and how long have you been taking it? the reason im asking is cause if its been years the withdraws will be pretty heavy(severe). I have been taking norco 10/325 and when im out the withdraws come within a matter of hours somewhere like 6 to 8 hours sometimes 16 but at that point your are definantly at the withdraw stages and its not fun. You will have restless legs syndrome, cold/flu type feeling, diarrea, vomiting, pain in joints its absoulutly the worst feeling you can ever have. They offer methadone and suboxone for vicodin withdraws the only thing is it is also a opiate. The only alternative would be cold turkey if you truely want to quit but like i said the withdraws are horrible. Good luck to you i will be praying for you pghpetlover. I also noticed that there is 660 mg of tylenol in your norco that can not be good if you do continue to stay on the vicodin try to lower it to the 10/325 so you can save your kidneys. Hope this helped you.
