Adderall XR - What is the difference between Adderall and metidate?

Sorry for the spelling errors in advance. Adderall XR is made up of two different types of dextroamphetamine and two different types of amphetamine, also known as the salt combo. Metadate's active ingredient is something called methylphenidate, I guess I spelled it right because it's not underlined in red. That's the difference between the two, now as to effectiveness? That is all up to the individual, you can read a lot of reviews where people swear by one and curse the other, but it's just what is best per person.
