been on adderall 30mgs 3 times a day consistent for 6-7yrs and I feel like I want to give my body a break. Just so I can see how I am without them, and make sure I'm not taking them unnecessarily. if so, I'll start taking them again.
Hello De33ie. As a long time adderall patient I understand the thought. Yes adderall should be weaned off. Your body becomes dependent after prolonged use so its not safe to suddenly stop this med. My advice would be to talk to your Dr & see what the best course of action for you would be. Good luck.
