she has got dismissed by six day cares. she takes her for texas childrens.explains to my daughter she needs to attend therapy.
She may need therapy. Drugs alone will not do everything. I agree that this doesnt sound like ADHD. Many ADHD kids can have more than one diagnosis or may be misdiagnosed because many of these mental issues have very similar symptoms and it can be difficult to determine what exactly is going on. I think she should go for a second opinion especially if you are not seeing improvement with medication. If the medicine is right, you will see a great difference in behavior for the better right away! How old is your granddaughter by the way? Young preschoolers are very hard to diagnose. Your daughter may need some support too, perhaps some parenting classes to help her deal better with her daughters issues. Parenting an ADHD child or a child with issues like Oppositional Defiance Disorders can be very difficult and it is of utmost importance for them (the children) to have consistency. Your daughter needs to read and learn all she can about her daughters diagnosis. There are several good websites with information that you can fins in any search engine.
