Watch Under Our (Your?)Skin documentaries about lyme. My lyme doctor, Raxlen, speaks brilliantly. Saved my life but I'm barely hanging on... lyme is a life-long death sentence. A joke
Fibromyalgia is no different. Don't let it be a death sentence. Take some biofeedback lessons and learn to actually forget about pain and the other symptoms. I've gotten pretty good at it, except for when they do lyrica and Cymbalta ads on tv.. . Its what you tell yourself about a disease that determines, is it a little glitch in my life or is it a death sentence.
Maybe see a psychologist to learn to cope with it. I've had fibromyalgia since before I started kindergarten so I know what living with a chronic disease is like. And darn its not going to beat me.
