Dosing is very specific at one time a year. Why would you want it more often?

There has been no improvement in the latest bone density scan and all other treatments are oral and this will affect my gastric weakness.

How long have you been on it? Was the scan any worse? It usually has to first arrest the loss, then start to rebuild. What did the dr say about your scan? I'm assuming he has you on calcium and vit D.

I have been on aclasta for 3 years and due for my 4th injection July. The scan two years ago showed improvement to the spine and hips but deteriotion in the left femur.
Last months scan showed no change at all.

That had to be disheartening. Does your doc think you should continue with therapy as you are? He's seen this more then I I'm sure, maybe it stalls for a while. I don't know.
