What desease is this?
How do you know they are white blood cells? White blood cells are microscopic, you cant see them with a naked eye. What you are seeing is white colored discharge. Generally if the drainage has a bad smell to it, it means there is a bacterial infection of some sort going on (bacterial vaginitis or bacterial vaginosis) The person will need to see the Dr for antibiotics to clear it up.
I have had this ( bacterial vaginitis) infection a few times before. It happened to me after taking antibiotics for something else. Once along with a yeast infection and once by itself. It happens because antibiotics kill the bad and good bacteria and it leaves you prone to other infections like this. That is why it is a good idea to take a probiotic like Florajen while taking antibiotics.
My doctor prescribed Flagyl or Metrodonizale(sp?) to get rid of it. It took a few rounds of this before it was finally gone. I have not gotten this infection or a yeast infection ever since I started using Florajen with any antibiotics that I am prescribed.
