kaismama is absolutely right. Cymbalta contains no acetamenophin. It is a SNRI antidepressant. For neuropathy, I take amitriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant. It helps with the pain, but contains no pain reliever. It just changes the pain receptors to block some of the pain. The chemical process of this is beyond my understanding, but it does help.
