Yes, you can take acetaminophen and Plavix together. there are no known interactions between these medicines. However, it does not mean that no interactions exist so if you do experience any odd symptoms please see the doctor.

I agree with Marvell one added thing don't take more than 4 grams of Tylenol per 24 hours (example I take Norco Dr say it contains 325mg of Tylenol so no more than 12 tablets with 325mg. per any 24 hour period) can cause liver problems but otherwise you should as Marvell said be fine if it gives you any unforseen problems please contact the doctor best wishes
