I bought a Generic Acetaminophen from Walmart the other day, with the bottle having 100 caplets and the Generic Brand being "Equate". Upon observing the pill before I took it, I seen that it was imprinted on one side with P500 and it is a white oblong pill with no printing on the other side. I decided to go check the pill identifier after seeing this because I had never seen the imprint of P500 on these pills before and when I did, the search came up with "No possible matches" Now Im afraid to take the med, has anyone ever seen this particular imprint on this color and shape acetaminophen or have information on it? Thanks
What color are the pills?
If it is pink is:
Drug: Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene Napsylate
Strength: 500 mg / 100 mg
Pill Imprint: P500
Shape: Elliptical / Oval
Acetaminophen/propoxyphene is used in the treatment of pain and belongs to the drug class narcotic analgesic combinations.
