I have a half of what I think is a loritab, Its blue, capsule shape. The markings I can see on the pill is on one side is a L4 the other side has a M. The rest is missing
What do acetaminophen hydrocodone pills look like?

Also the inside of the pill is blue as well as the outside. As far as I know I have never had a Rx other than loritabs that have been blue with a capsule shape.
Pill imprint L437 PM has been identified as Pain relief PM extra strength acetaminophen 500 mg / diphenhydramine 25 mg.
Acetaminophen/diphenhydramine is used in the treatment of insomnia; headache; pain and belongs to the drug class analgesic combinations.
