Acetaminophen/Codeine - what's the difference between a codeine 4 and a vicodin 5.325?

Ramona; There really is not a lot of difference they are both in the same class of drug but some works better for one person than another Vicodin has Hydrocodone in it and Tylenol is Codeine they are both types of opiates and it depends on what the doctor want to prescribe. Chuck1957

Ramona also the other medication that is the same on both wich is Tylenol but at times one works better for one person than the other.and both are habit forming Chuck1957
