Can I take abilify 7.5mg lexapro 20mg and trazadone 50mg all at once?

Hello mqui53. Yes. However, some of the side effects are going to effect your central nervous system. Your motor skills will be impaired and you will be feel possibly drowsy and sedated. So if I were going to take the three at the same time, I'd take it during the evening, when not having to be out and about or before your bedtime. Regards, pledge

You can take at the same time, but I would recommend taking the Abilify and Lexapro in the morning and the Trazadone at night so to avoid any side effects from the Trazadone such as drowsiness.
