one instead of two pills. Is it possible/safe to reduce to no sleeping pills??
how long have you been on the one you're taking now? lowering the dosage and/or stopping sleeping pills that one has taken that long has to be done very, very carefully. do not stop taking them "cold turkey". if you are wanting to stop taking them for your own reasons, go in to see your doctor so that he/she can properly instruct you on weining off, & monitor you during that process. are you wanting to try a new, different one or just feel you don't need them anymore? must be tapered off slowly & carefully under doctor's supervision, otherwise can cause very, very serious withdrawals & other health problems
